This covers all modern air-cooled generators other than the power pact 7.5KW. You will have to have your generator hooked up to your home Wi-Fi and if that’s not an option we do have cellular options available. Please inquire about pricing on cellular. We have two plans to choose from. The Blue plan is the basic plan that includes monitoring and yearly service. The Gold plan includes monitoring, yearly service, oil top offs during involuntary outages, priority service and discounts on any parts and labor needed.
What is monitoring?
If we have a good Wi-Fi signal, we will be able to remotely monitor your generator and be made aware of any changes. If there are any changes to the status, we will be proactive in scheduling a service visit to address the change in status.
What happens if I lose Wi-Fi or change our provider?
We will contact you to resolve the issue and if needed we will come by and get it set back up. You will need to know your network name and password to
accomplish the new network setup.
If you're on our Wi-Fi can you see anything else on the
network?
No, we will only monitor your generator and the signals it sends out.
